Eric is a multilingual transformational COO with a robust international experience in Operations, having led 40 plants of all sizes in 20 countries for various industry sectors ranging from chemical or plastic processing to manufacturing of complex industrial equipment.
His career has been developed up to global roles and he was lately COO of CEDO Ltd, a leading European supplier for households products.
Prior to that, he has held several local, regional and global roles in Operations, Plant Leadership in several countries, Purchasing, IT, Capital Project management in companies such as INGERSOLL RAND, INTERNATIONAL PAPER, or RECTICEL.
Passionate about industrial performance turnaround and improvement, deployment of Operational Excellence, multicultural management, organisational redesign in complex environments and people coaching and development, his motto is to help industrial transformation or transition of international manufacturing companies.
