Eric West grew up in manufacturing and operations management roles at companies like Unilever and GE before moving onto general management roles at companies like McMaster-Carr and Google. Between these experiences, he was a Strategy and Operations consultant for Kearney through the Sr. Engagement Manager level, working for companies like Walmart.com and Coca-Cola.
In the last 7 years, Eric has held a number of executive and P&L roles at mid-market companies owned by Holding Companies and Private Equity firms.
He lives in Chicago with his wife and two dogs. He enjoys creating value of lower- and mid-market PortCos.
