Erin Olander has over a decade of experience leading supply chain and operations for high-growth consumer brands. She began her career at J.Crew and was an early employee at Glossier, where she built the supply chain function from the ground up. Erin later worked in management consulting at Strategy&, where she focused on value engineering and cost optimization for Fortune 500 CPG companies.
Most recently, Erin has been running her own advisory practice, where she partners with CPG and lifestyle brands on supply chain strategy and design-to-value initiatives. She has recently supported clients including Function of Beauty and Paragon Outdoor.
Erin is based in Morristown, NJ, and is happy to collaborate in a fractional operations leadership capacity or on a project basis. She is open to remote work as well as hybrid opportunities for companies based in NYC.
