Ernest spent 4 years as a Strategy and Operations Consultant in the Consulting practice at Deloitte and is currently running an independent professional who has also started boutique firm focused on Strategy and development consulting.
Prior to Deloitte, he also came from a local management consulting firm called Imprint (U) Ltd where he served for 4 years before venturing into independent consulting, supporting several boutique firms within East Africa.
Ernest has particular expertise in strategy development, implementation and reviews as well as due diligence and business diagnostics across, banking, insurance, Innovation, Automotive, Environment, mining and Development sector. He is also a PMO specialist for complex programs.
He lives in Kampala, Uganda with his wife and 2 toddlers. Ernest is happy to collaborate on Strategic planning and execution, PMO setup and implementation, multi-method program evaluations, Commercial due diligence, market studies, private sector development and business process optimization.
