Florian Munz is a senior management consultant fully specialized on the Financial Services Industry. He has spent 15+ years in the industry and previously has worked for Deloitte, EY, OliverWyman, ThomsonReuters, True North Partners LLP and Wegelin & Co Private Bankers.
In his last role, he has served for Deloitte Switzerland as their Head Strategy and Business Development Financial Services. Before that, he worked for ThomsonReuters as their Global Head Risk and Compliance within TR’s Operations & Technology function. With his professional experience, he holds profound and extensive knowledge across various fields in strategy, business development, product design, org transformation, credit, finance and risk that are on top of today’s industry agenda. Amongst other duties, he has supported his clients in (i) defining and implementing integrated risk management frameworks and (ii) executing large-scale, multi-year risk transfromation programs covering credit-, market-, and liquidity risk.
Florian holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from University of St.Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor Honours from University of Hamburg.
