Fred has more than 25 years of international experience leading strategy, operations, and digital transformation for Financial Services institutions and Fintechs across Asia, Europe and Middle East.
Pioneer in digital and technology-driven change, he has held executive positions at global consultancies (Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro/Capco), delivering sustained business growth, shaping market entries, orchestrating robust partnerships, and building high-performing interdisciplinary teams across diverse markets.
As a management consultant and leader in these companies, he has also supported and led large-scale engagements in Banking, Insurance and Payments, often at the intersection of technology, regulation and business model transformation, managing the relationship with the C-suite executives (CEO, COO,CIO, CTO…).
French by origin but having lived and worked in many countries across Europe, Middle East and Asia (since 2014), he brings an international, multicultural and visionary approach to business and leadership.
Currently based between Singapore & Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), Fred acts as a Senior Advisor and Fractional CxO, helping organizations accelerate growth, drive turnaround, navigate digital disruption, and expand across Asia.
