Dr. Gerard Ungerer is an industrial engineering PhD specialised in the field of competitive strategy related to digital enterprises. He is the co-author of two MBA-level strategy textbooks (Crystallising the strategic business landscape; and Navigating strategic possibilities), and a seasoned strategy and innovation consultant. Gerard spent his initial working years as a consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he gained extensive experience in corporate strategy, innovation / inorganic growth and new venture building. He is currently the consulting director at Blackslope Consulting, a boutique strategy and innovation consultancy
