I’m a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in corporate finance, management consulting, and technology innovation.
Holding an Electronic Engineering degree, magna cum laude, from La Sapienza University in Rome and an MBA from IESE Business School, I have further enriched my expertise with senior executive programs at Stanford University.
Currently, I am a Senior Advisor at AM Advisor, focusing on corporate finance, M&A, and direct investments. Previously, I’ve been a senior partner at Arctos Partners and within the multinational ONEtoONE Corporate Finance network, specializing in M&A and corporate finance.
I started my career in the finance and management advisory business with Arthur Andersen, then at KPMG Consulting and Ernst & Young, leading projects in M&A, finance restructuring, and management control. Afterwards, I’ve held global leadership roles, such as Director of Consulting for Sema Group, managing worldwide operations for a $4 billion system integrator.
I have also successfully founded and managed two startups in the Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) sectors, achieving notable growth and innovation in these cutting-edge industries.
