Güngör Kara is a seasoned Digital Executive with over 25 years of experience driving innovation and building high-performing teams across medtech, manufacturing, and digital consulting. Since 2022 he has been advising B2B companies in Germany on how to scale tech-driven business models and reduce customer acquisition costs through AI-enabled marketing and sales strategies.
Prior to that, he served as Chief Digital Officer at Ottobock and EOS, where he led multiple digital startups and business units, increased revenues significantly, and helped reshape entire industries through 3D-printing and digital health platforms. Over the years, his work has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the German Innovation Award finalist in 2021 and multiple “TopConsultants” and “Best of Consulting” honors by WirtschaftsWoche.
Güngör holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg/WHU and a mechanical engineering degree. He lives in Munich with his family, he is passionate about technology, innovation, and purposeful transformation, and is always open to new collaborations.
