Hardik is the Founder of EquiWealth Transaction Advisors Inc., a boutique consulting firm incorporated in February 2022. After building the firm alongside his career at Big 4 accounting firms, he transitioned full-time into EquiWealth in May 2025.
Hardik brings over a decade of diversified experience across multiple geographies, with a specialization in Deal Advisory, Financial Audit, and Accounting Services. His core expertise includes Financial Due Diligence — with a focus on Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Net Debt — as well as deep knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, US GAAP, and ICFR implementation.
