Hasnain N. Butt is a senior pharmaceutical executive and strategy advisor with 15+ years of experience spanning CEO/MD leadership, management consulting, and business development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has led commercial strategy, M&A transactions, pricing and market access initiatives, and post-merger integrations for PE-backed and growth-stage pharmaceutical companies, including full P&L ownership at Aristo Pharma Nordic (BC Partners) and commercial director roles at Amneal Pharmaceuticals.
Currently a Senior Strategic Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hasnain advises government health authorities and industry leadership on national pharmaceutical policy reform, reimbursement frameworks, and strategic transformation. He holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc (Distinction) from the University of Warwick.
