She specializes in M&A integrations, carve-outs, and enterprise technology transformations, having led cross-functional teams within Fortune 500 companies, PE-backed firms, and high-growth environments. Helen brings deep expertise in developing and executing integration and carve-out strategies, with a strong track record of aligning business and technology priorities.
In addition to her M&A experience, Helen has built and scaled PMO functions, managed vendors and budgets, and executed integration roadmaps spanning ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
