Ingela Fagerlund is an self-employed entrepreneur specialized in leadership development; as ICF professional leadership coach and organization/team developer. Prior to this she was a senior management consultant at Accenture. She has also had managerial positions as manager and CEO. She has an international MBA.
Focus in coaching and executive coaching as well as management team development. Accredited Certified PCC coach training according to ICF guidelines. Over 4000 hours group and individual coaching. Certified in Disc analysis tools, Lead Forward and Team Pro, development tools for leaders individually and in teams.
Ingela’s solid experience in management and change development means that she can easily familiarize herself with strategic issues as well as on how to get management and staff on board on the change journey. Characteristics of Ingela’s work are to set a clear goal and why, use of methods and proven research-based tools well adapted to the client’s needs, both within strategic and operational parts as well as on how to create organizational psychological security.
Ingela has acted as a coach and supervisor for a large number of managers and teams nationally and internationally. Both in public and private sector. She was also member of the board of the swedish ICF organization. Focus to ensure high quality of professional coaching as offered on the market and to create a greater understanding of its unique value for different development contexts for organizations and leaders.
Ingela is the founder of “Mentorpodden – by leaders for leaders”, a podcast focusing on mentorship from different perspectives. She has published the book “8 days – to jump in a tropical waterfall” a 300 page novel focusing on the need of reflection and perspective in life and career choices.
Ingela lives with her family in Stockholm.
