Isabel spent four years at ZS associates, and another four years at IQVIA, leading consulting operations for C&EE, MEA, and has been running for twelve years now her own consulting firm focused on go-to-market strategy and in-market operational excellence for the pharma sector. In addition to her consulting career, she was Global Director of Strategy (M&A, planning) at Lafarge (now Holcim) and European BD & marketing manager for LDL at Procter&Gamble.
Isabel has a particular expertise on CT II/ early CT III go-to-market planning, from vision to analytics, and turnaround operational excellence management -from audit to execution.
She lives in Switzerland, but travels often globally for projects- as much to big countries as to developing economies, her usual stomping grounds. Isabel is happy to collaborate and share her expertise on strategy, marketing, commercial or BD in pharma.
