Jaclyn’s expertise spans M&A due diligence, separation / carve-out execution (SMO), post-merger integration (IMO), and post-close transformation project management (TMO). She began her career in EY’s Supply Chain & Operations Performance Improvement practice before joining Platinum Equity, where she supported 80+ diligence efforts, executed multiple acquisitions, and held a transformation leadership role in the portfolio.
As the founder of JV Transformation Advisors LLC, Jaclyn now partners directly with private equity firms to lead complex initiatives across stand-ups, integrations, and operational performance improvement.
