With over 20 years of experience and more than $80 billion in transaction value, James has advised corporate and private equity clients across the full healthcare and life sciences spectrum — including pharma, medical device, payer, provider, and services — helping PE-backed companies accelerate growth, drive operational improvement, and maximize enterprise value.
Prior to founding Alethia Advisors, James held senior roles at KPMG and EVERSANA, where he led corporate strategy and M&A advisory engagements for some of the industry’s most complex transactions. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
