Jaspar runs AutoAscent AI, an AI automation practice in San Francisco. He takes operations-heavy teams from a single use case to a system running in production, and his current engagement, a tax automation platform for a Bay Area accounting firm, cut client intake from 2.7 hours to 17 minutes.
Before going independent he spent 18 years in operations and technical program management at Eaton, Deloitte, Minted, Cruise, Meta and Intuit, which is where he learned that the hard part of an efficiency program is changing what people actually do.
He works the full loop himself: intake, pilot, production deployment, measurement and handoff. He holds an MEng from MIT and a BS and MS in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon.
