Jay Runner is an accomplished leader with extensive expertise in operations, risk management, and transformation programs across various sectors including military, government, and civilian domains. With a robust background in leading sustainable solutions and strategic innovations, Jay has held pivotal roles such as Chief Innovation & Risk Officer at Sustene Global, where he spearheaded the deployment of sustainability and risk solutions, and developed assessment models while authoring whitepapers on cleantech innovations.
He is also the founder of LifeWork (lifework.live)- an AI/ML first organization built to better connect people to ideal life goals through introspection and goal development, while partnering with organizations which benefit from users’ growth-oriented profiles. Currently supporting Truist Bank with a strategic risk mitigation initiative.
Previously, Jay served as Vice President of Integrated Risk Management Systems/Process Governance at Equifax, where he was instrumental in building and integrating enterprise risk systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing platform migrations. His tenure at Equifax also saw him as Vice President of Global Process Improvement, establishing a global lean culture program and implementing significant enterprise-wide process improvements.
Earlier in his career, Jay led Lean Six Sigma initiatives at McKesson and Schneider Electric, focusing on driving efficiency through process enhancements and developing training programs for certification and operational excellence.
