Jeannette Collazo is an IT program and project management executive with over 25+ years of experience leading complex technology transformations for Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations. Her career includes managing multi-million-dollar healthcare IT projects at Deloitte Consulting for clients such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Rhode Island Hospital, and OSF Healthcare, as well as large-scale data center migrations, network infrastructure consolidations, and cybersecurity implementations at Datalink and Sentinel Technologies.
She founded Lurdez Consulting Group, Inc., a boutique IT project management firm based in Naperville, Illinois, specializing in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, data center transformation and migration, cloud computing, and enterprise server administration. Jeannette is the author of T.E.A.M.: The IT Project Manager’s Secret Decoder for Increasing Relational Excellence and AI & VR: Beyond Reality for Project Managers, and co-author of Today Inspired Latina, Volume 4 (Award-Winning, Motivation category) and Latinas in Aviation, Volume 1.
