Jeff Browning is President of Browning Advisory Partners, LLC, a strategic advisory firm focused on providing expert advice and counsel to publicly traded and privately held organizations. Browning has extensive, diversified Fortune 500 C-level experience leading enterprise risk, internal audit, ethics and compliance, and procurement functions, including oversight and execution of the associated board interface.
Browning has reported to Fortune 500 boards of directors in the technology, financial services, energy and insurance industries. His experience in public accounting included exposure to manufacturing, retail and telecommunications companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant, qualifies as an audit committee financial expert, and brings a global perspective, having conducted business on five continents. His areas of functional expertise include governance, risk, cyber security, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, ethics, compliance, finance, procurement, process improvement, and transformational change.
Browning completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree with an accounting focus from Indiana University.
