Jeff is an accomplished finance and operations leader and advisor with an established history of developing strategies, processes, and people to improve operational effectiveness and financial performance.
He has his own consulting practice and provides fractional CFO/COO/Chief Administrative Officer services and other project leadership to his clients. After starting his career with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, he led core business functions for both private and public companies, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis, and general business administration.
Jeff has worked in many industries throughout his career, and he has a strong interest in restaurants, hospitality, food and beverages, and other service industry businesses.
