I’m a transformation and business design executive with nearly 30 years of experience helping complex organizations clarify their vision, build high-impact strategies, and execute change at scale. I recently launched Veridian Partners, a boutique consulting firm that helps leadership teams align on what matters most, accelerate complex transformations, and build lasting capability so progress continues long after the engagement ends.
At the core of my work is helping leadership teams make strategy real. I do this by facilitating alignment on shared business outcomes, designing scalable operating models and roadmaps, and applying structured tools like business architecture, value stream mapping, and design thinking. My work has contributed to transformation programs representing over $1.3B in enterprise value.
I bring a rare blend of strategic vision and operational pragmatism. My experience spans internal consulting, capability development, organizational design, customer experience, and P&L support. I’ve led work across industries — from industrials and QSR to media, retail, and nonprofits.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors — whether that’s hiking, golfing, or spending time with family.
