Jessica has over 15 years working in strategy, asset management, and finance, with strong expertise in Alternatives and demonstrated track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives via organic growth and M&A transactions.
Jessica recently led strategy for the Alternatives segment at BNY. Previously, Jessica was the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Alternatives division at DWS, working on the launch of the initiatives across private debt and retail Alternatives.
In addition, Jessica led designed and implemented the sustainability and de-carbonization initiatives across real estate, infrastructure, and PE businesses.
Jessica has an M.B.A from The Wharton School, B.A. from Georgetown University.
