She brings a rare combination of hands-on execution and strategic insight, having served as founder, CEO, and marketing lead for a range of brands.
She built OLIKA, a design-forward hand sanitizer brand that was later acquired, and now leads Renaissance Labs Consulting, where she partners with companies like Walmart, Shark Beauty, and Rodan + Fields. Her work spans go-to-market strategy, performance marketing, and digital growth. Jessica has led cross-functional teams, owned P&Ls, and executed full-funnel campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, and major retailers including Sephora and Ulta.
She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BA from the University of Chicago.
