Jill is marketing strategist with deep digital, analytical, & technical skills. She started her own freelance consulting practice in 2016, Gram Interactive, leveraging her rich expertise in marketing strategy, digital technology, & social business. Her clients have included Salesforce, Hitachi, Tata, Accenture, & Mobile Marketing Association, working on projects ranging from social media strategy, employee advocacy, marketing analytics, marketing operations & process optimization, & account-based marketing (ABM).

Previously, she spent fifteen years at Accenture, working across a wide range of roles & organizations. Initially working as a management consultant, she teamed with Fortune 100 B2B & B2C companies on large-scale digital initiatives & eCommerce implementation projects. Following consulting, she moved into Accenture’s marketing organization, joining the Global Digital Marketing Team. While on this team, she had global responsibility for several digital channels, including the corporate website (Accenture.com), email marketing, mobile marketing, social media, & marketing analytics. And in her final role, she moved into the Strategy organization, serving as the Marketing Strategy & Digital Presence Lead for Accenture Academy, a SaaS eLearning product.

Prior to Accenture, she worked as an Industrial Engineer for The Walt Disney Company. She also served as an adjunct professor, teaching a MBA digital marketing course at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Jill is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in industrial engineering, as well as a graduate of The Wharton School with an executive education in marketing analytics.
