Prior to consulting, Joe also spent ten years in manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, and consumer industries. Joe is passionate about improving business performance and has functional experience in operational excellence, logistics, lean operations, change management, and program management.
He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two daughters in middle school. Joe is happy to collaborate on projects involving operations performance improvement in the US.
