John Walsh is a commercial scale-up executive with over 20 years of experience launching and growing advanced materials, critical minerals, and industrial technology businesses from pre-revenue to public markets. He specializes in building deep-tech revenue engines, securing anchor customers and offtake agreements, and structuring complex commercial partnerships that align investor, technical, and customer milestones.
John has led global commercialization efforts across clean metals, energy, and industrial sectors, including serving as President & Director of the Americas and Global EVP at EnviroGold Global, where he scaled the company from startup to public listing, developed a $125M+ ARR licensing model, and secured customers representing more than $200B in recoverable resources. His background includes senior finance roles, $500M+ in capital raises, and leadership of cross-functional teams spanning R&D, operations, and sales.
He holds a B.S. in Geosciences from Washington & Lee University and an M.S. (ABD) from the University of New Orleans.
