She led cross-functional teams through large-scale transformation initiatives, including implementing lean practices to optimize product development cycles—resulting in significant time and cost savings across operations. Earlier in her career, Jonelle also led the international business development expansion strategy at Zulily, successfully launching Zulily in 66 new countries.
