His work focuses on combining artificial intelligence, automation, and financial analysis to improve organizational performance and streamline decision-making.
Prior to founding Emere, Josh worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), supporting large-scale transformation initiatives for financial institutions, and as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he advised individuals and business owners on financial planning and investment strategies. Josh is passionate about building technology that enhances human decision-making rather than replacing it.
