Juan brings 15 years of experience in strategy execution, specializing in organizational transformation, project management, and change management across APAC and the Americas.
His expertise lies in building organizational project management capabilities, leading high-impact programs and projects, and helping organizations realize strategy through lean and effective execution practices.
Before going independent, Juan worked at Tracey, Brunstrom & Hammond as a Project Management Consultant, spent seven years at PwC as Practice Expert and Lead in Project Advisory Services and Capital Projects & Infrastructure, then served as Senior Manager in EY’s Business Transformation practice, and later as the sole Project Management Expert at WAO Fintech.
Throughout his career, he has led programs and projects valued at more than USD 10B across ICT, energy, rail, consumer products, and digital product development. He is also the founder of SAVVY, an online consultancy where he helps organizations improve business performance through tailored, digital-first ways of working.
Based in Bogotá, Colombia, Juan is open to collaborating remotely on high-impact programs and projects worldwide.
