Hi! My name is Justin and I am a seasoned strategy consultant with a strong track record in delivering strategic projects.
For nearly 10 years, I am a passionate problem solver and decision-making facilitator. After dedicating years to building skills in a strategy office and then as a consultant/project manager at Monitor Deloitte and Roland Berger, I’m excited to leverage this expertise and contribute meaningfully as an independent consultant for the last 3 years.
What sets me apart is my unwavering passion for continuous learning and coaching. This passion has driven me to pursue an independent consulting career, enabling me to assist multiple companies in overcoming their unique challenges.
Recently, I helped a retailer on its digital journey in order to leverage data to build strong relationships with customers, and I helped a world leader in the agri-food industry in defining and scoping an ambitious growth project (identification and scoping of projects, setup of a PMO and realization of business plans) and reviewing its strategy roadmapping process. Right now, I am assisting an FMCG firm with the creation of a regional hub (PMI).
