As Principal of KN Lifesciences Consulting, Kamal partners with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to assess assets for acquisition, accelerate product development, navigate complex global supply & marketing launches, and improve operational performance—driving both top-line growth and bottom-line impact.
Before founding KN Lifesciences Consulting, Kamal held senior leadership roles at Shire and Afaxys, where he led cross-functional teams through complex global product launches, site transfers, regulatory submissions, and supply network optimizations. Earlier in his career, he held technical, quality, and manufacturing roles of increasing responsibility across the pharmaceutical value chain. This foundation shaped his ability to drive results from early development through commercialization.
He recently relocated with his wife to Abu Dhabi, and is enthusiastic about collaborating on projects across the Middle East and Asia.
