As Principal of the consulting practice she founded in 2015 (Burren Green), Kate is typically commissioned by the C-suite to serve in interim or fractional leadership roles architecting and implementing business and technology solutions. She is known for leading growth and change in highly disrupted contexts (including M&A), building high-performing teams, and leveraging sterling relationship management skills across all functions and levels of the enterprise.
Her career has spanned various consulting, operating and governance-related roles in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, including posts in New York, London, and Boston and accountability for operations across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. During tenures at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, Deloitte, and New York City’s Mayor’s Office (Bloomberg administrations), Kate spear-headed an array of strategic initiatives that achieved ambitious transformations and addressed myriad compliance and regulatory matters. Her execution capabilities and pragmatism have led to special appointments driving post-merger integration and serving on firm governance bodies for technology and expense management.
Kate is also an Independent Director for OFS Credit Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCCI), an investment company where she serves as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. She completed her Board Directorship Certification and AI coursework through the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and her Cybersecurity Oversight Certification from Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute.
Kate holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA cum laude from Harvard University.
