Ms. Khuselbadrakh Baatar (Huska) is the Founder and Managing Partner at DZ Consulting LLC, a financial and strategic consulting firm based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, dedicated to addressing challenges in both the private and public sectors. With over 15 years of advisory experience across infrastructure and industrial projects in Mongolia, she specializes in business case development, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and financial advisory services.
Ms. Baatar has served as a local partner for renowned organizations including McKinsey & Co, BNP Paribas, Seabury Aviation & Co, and Guggenheim Partners. With the experience she gained through these experiences, she is aiming to develop consulting industry in Mongolia up to world standard.
In addition to her professional work, Ms. Baatar is actively involved in volunteer initiatives with the Onesky Project in Mongolia—an NGO focused on early education training for caregivers and parents. Since introducing the project in Mongolia in 2018, Onesky has reached over 2100 parents and 4,000 children, and establishing itself as one of the country’s most prominent early education programs.
Ms. Baatar holds a BA in Business Administration from SRH Hochschule in Berlin, Germany; an MBA in Financial Management from the National University in California, USA; and a Bachelor of Law degree from the National University of Mongolia.
