I’m a finance consultant with a strong foundation in external audit (PwC) and finance transformation consulting (PwC & delaware).

I’ve audited companies under local GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS, evaluating financial statements, internal controls, and finance processes across various industries. In consulting roles, I’ve led post-merger ERP implementations, built cost allocation models for back-office functions, and redesigned core finance processes including monthly/quarterly close, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and reporting structures. I’ve also developed investment evaluation templates and dashboards for leadership teams and board reporting.
