Kristen Palmer spent 9 years at Accenture first consulting for Energy and Utilities clients leading digital marketing strategy and project management/technology assessment projects and then supporting the Accenture brand by developing and optimizing the digital candidate experience for millions of users across digital platforms.
She has recently started her own consulting firm with a former Accenture colleague where they are focused on digital marketing strategy, customer experience , MarTech, project management and talent strategy. Kristen has particular expertise in developing and delivering digital strategies, optimizing user experience via personalization and experimentation, marketing automation platforms, digital communications architecture, launching SaaS products, digital transformation and MarTech.
Prior to Accenture, she worked for Hibu (formerly Yellowbook) as a Product Marketing Lead helping roll out ecommerce and digital products and also worked for various tech startups in Los Angeles.
