Kristian has 17 years of experience in IT-Strategy and Transformation, with a background from Accenture Strategy (2008–2014) and C-level advisory roles in the financial industry across banking, insurance, and pension.
Since 2024, he has been working independently, advising CIOs and CTOs in energy and telco on IT operating models, agile/product transformations, and large-scale integrations.
His recent work includes guiding a large Energy/Telco company in splitting Group IT into three independent business units, and subsequently forming the IT-Organization of the ServeCo with the new CIO. He also advised on tech due diligence in ABG’s acquisition of Codan Insurance and advised on agile transformations at BEC and PFA Pension.
Kristian is co-founder of an AI startup with a former KPMG NewTech partner, giving him hands-on experience in AI coding, architecture, and strategy.
He lives in Denmark and happily collaborates with large organizations across Europe on IT strategy, transformation, and AI-driven innovation.
