Kristina Hayes has over twenty years of experience developing and transforming leaders, teams, culture, and performance.
After starting her career at Dow Corning, Kristina pursued her calling in consulting, transitioning to Deloitte where she worked on diverse projects spanning organizational development, process redesign, and systems implementation. She has since worked with organizations ranging from small startups to the Global 500.
Kristina enjoys consulting across the spectrum of strategic learning, talent, change, and performance solutions. Among other areas, her experience includes designing and delivering comprehensive leadership development journeys, assessments and coaching, talent management strategies, and cultural and operational transformations.
Kristina is an SPHR and additionally holds certifications in change management, executive coaching, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and the LINC Personality Profiler.
Kristina and her husband live in Raleigh, NC. They are active in pet rescue and have three pups who often play host to a foster sibling. Kristina welcomes projects of all sizes where her work can make a measurable impact on people, performance, and business results.
