Lana Miari is a former EY Senior Manager in People Consulting with 11 years in consulting (+7 years in industry prior). Beyond her education in accounting (she is a licensed CPA), she spent the last decade focused on driving workforce transformation, organizational impact, and change management for state and local government agencies as well as private sector clients across industries.
Lana has experience in Change Management, Organizational Design including spans, layers and efficiency studies, as well as the full talent management lifecycle. Lana recently left EY to co-found MM Strategy Group – a boutique firm focused in the areas of Organization Design, Change Management, Strategic Planning and HR Services.
