Lasse has a background in both Consulting and leadership, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry. He has been Vice President, Global Quality Business Support in Novo Nordisk and EVP for People and Organisation at Generics pharmacwutical Alvogen. He Spent 2 years in PwC and 6 Years in Nordic based Consulting group: Valcon, where he as focused on operational Excellence, lean and six sigma, before moving into leadership. In the last 5 years Lasse has worked as an independant consultant. He focuses on developing the operating models of high growth companies in all dimensions: Purpose, people process, platfom and performance. He is often involved in organisational development in relation to organizational restructuring, post merger integrations and organisational splits.
He is the Author of 3 books on Logistics, Lean and developing your operating model.
