She began her career in consulting at Accenture, Deloitte, and IBM’s Organization Change Strategy practice, building a foundation in program delivery, change management, and operational excellence. She later held leadership roles at Autodesk, AppDynamics (Cisco), and Aviatrix, where she focused on transforming go-to-market execution and driving operational alignment.
Lauren partners with organizations to operationalize strategy by aligning people, process, and technology to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable impact. She is Prosci certified and focused on helping organizations prepare for the next wave of transformation as AI reshapes how work gets done.
