Leonardo Monti is a senior management consultant with over 30 years of international experience, including 16 years advising public- and private-sector clients across the Gulf region. Since 2017, he has been operating independently, concurrently collaborating as a Senior Advisor with AlixPartners for the past five years.
Previously, he spent eight years with Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), where he led high-impact strategy, transformation, and M&A engagements across the aerospace, defense, aviation, automotive, industrial, and transport sectors.
Leonardo began his career with the Italian Air Force, where he spent six years holding engineering and MRO leadership roles, followed by eight years in executive and management positions at AgustaWestland (now Leonardo Helicopters), focusing on program management, operations, customer support, and bid management.
Today, Leonardo is pursuing various advisory collaborations aligned with his experience, with particular focus on M&A advisory and business acquisition opportunities.
