Lisa Mazzoni has honed her coaching, advising, and facilitation skills in operational leadership and strategic support roles in her 30+ years in the pharma / biotech industry. She has worked across the US and in Europe and is recognized for her ability to solve problems and build diverse and inclusive teams.
Lisa launched Growth Collaborations earlier this year to help small biotech leaders and their companies grow with purpose and intention. She provides part-time or interim chief of staff services, operations consulting, and leadership coaching to individuals and teams.
Lisa is passionate about “cultivating awesomeness” in others and currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two dogs.
