Liz Berman is founder and owner of LKB Consulting, an independent consulting practice focused on Marketing Strategy, Customer Loyalty & Retention, CRM, CX, Customer Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Strategic Planning. Liz works with clients in the Consumer Products, Consumer Technology, Retail industries, and eCommerce ranging from startups to F50 corporations.
Liz comes from a 15+ year career in management consulting (Oliver Wyman) and VP-level operating roles at CPG and Retail leaders (PepsiCo, Safeway/Albertsons, Peet’s Coffee), spanning Marketing, Insights, Digital, Analytics, Strategy and Chief of Staff functions. As an expert in Loyalty & Retention, Liz is also an Instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies, teaching a highly-rated course on customer retention.
Liz has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA Economics from Yale University, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
