A former global Chief People Officer, she brings a business-first perspective shaped by leadership roles at Learning Technologies Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and The Coca-Cola Company, along with earlier commercial experience at Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola.

Her work includes operating model design, leadership and talent systems, and M&A integration, strengthening the discipline required to scale while preserving core strengths. She works with founder-led, mid-market, and global organizations, from early strategy through hands-on delivery.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Liz serves as an advisor, interim or fractional executive, and executive coach, partnering on a wide range of business initiatives where people, leadership, and culture make the difference between strategy and results. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, exploring farmers markets, mountain towns, hiking trails, and the occasional animal video scroll.
