Lucas has 15+ years of corporate and private equity domestic and international M&A due diligence, integration & separation experience across multiple industries. He has advised Board Members, C-level, senior management and workstreams on integration & separation strategies, planning and execution from pre-sign to Close/Day 1, transition to new operating models, realignment of resources, issue resolution, cultural integration and TSA services.
Lucas has led integrations, separations and global teams on transactions valued from $7.5MM to $7.6B, and a $31B IPO of a Healthcare division. Lucas has performed due diligence and developed M&A integration & separation playbooks.
Lucas also has 10+ years of transformation experience across CAO, Finance, IT, HR, Real Estate, Procurement and Client Services. He has led global reorganizations, financial systems reviews and remediations, and resolved business, organizational and legal entity issues related to Dodd-Frank Resolution Planning. He has led internal audit and SOX readiness assessments and process improvements to address gaps and weaknesses.
Lucas co-founded Metronome Systems, a provider of fixed income market data feeds, and was the 2nd employee of informed, a smart building startup.
