Manish has extensive 25+ years of experience in global FMCG / Packaged Consumer supply chain growth & transformations, innovation management, and manufacturing operation excellence, formerly at Procter &Gamble. His qualifications include an MBA degree and a certificate in artificial intelligence (AI) from Said Business School (University of Oxford).

In his most recent roles (2018-2023), he served as a global director of manufacturing capabilities, innovation, and start-up management. He has proven track record of success in leading large-scale strategic projects and product initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, cost savings, and organizational capability development across diverse markets. Recognized for pioneering innovative supply chain, technology, and capital systems approaches, establishing new benchmarks for excellence, and delivering significant financial impacts.

Since July 2023, Manish has been working as an independent management consultant:

• Delivering high-impact consulting services in supply chain transformation, innovation management, and manufacturing capability whilst providing expert guidance to clients across multiple sectors.
• Developing and implementing bespoke strategies to address unique client challenges and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Promoting continuous improvement by establishing robust performance tracking and reporting systems to provide actionable insights and measurable outcomes.

Manish’s multicultural work experience spans India, China, South-East Asia, the UK, Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, and the Middle East & Africa. Currently residing in the Greater London area, UK, Manish is open to collaborating on programs and projects with unrestricted flexibility.
