She has worked with organizations across industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
As the Founder and Principal of 4Waves Consulting LLC, a female-owned and operated firm in Los Angeles, CA, Manoly applies a neuroscience + human-centered approach to drive and sustain transformation initiatives. She leads transformation, change management, and organizational design programs across IT, HR, Finance, and various business units.
In addition, she creates and delivers workshops that weave together public speaking, interactive activities, and storytelling – highlighting how stories influence the brain to boost innovation, creativity, decision-making, and performance, and helps leaders apply those insights in practical ways.
Manoly also finds passion in serving others – as a coach and mentor for community leaders and business owners, and as a youth sports coach to develop the next generation of young leaders. She is committed to helping professionals and teams realize their potential, build leadership capacity, and create meaningful impact.
