Mark Dolliver is a global executive with senior experience in Finance and Supply Chain/Operations.
He has primarily been involved in the fast moving consumer goods space (FMCG). His background is unique in that he is experienced in multiple functional areas: Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, S&OP, Pricing, Supply Chain, Operations, ERP Implementation, Logistics and Organizational Design. This varied experienced allows him to effectively operate on the CFO/COO level to evaluate and operate businesses holistically. His experience has been global and he speaks fluent English, Spanish and French and is a dual United States/European Union citizen.
Mark currently provides freelance professional services primarily to private-equity backed consumer products companies in the start-up or high growth stages. Traditional engagement involves optimization and/or development and implementation of financial, technological, and operational structure. He is experienced in start-up operations, change management and executing in unstructured environments.
