Mark Sarros is the President of Equity Alliance LLC (EA LLC), an independent women-owned business and advisory firm with a proven record of working with clients including Fortune 500, private equity, and privately owned businesses. Mark and the EA LLC team provide performance and profitability, business planning, process design, analytic, center of excellence, program management, and implementation services.
Mark specializes in improving clients’ financial and operational performance by simplifying client processes and optimizing how client teams collaborate and work to attain desired outcomes. Prior to starting EA LLC, Mark served in multiple leadership roles at Crowe LLP including Partner-in-Charge of Manufacturing and Distribution vertical, Partner-in-Charge of Business Intelligence and Data Management, and Member of the firm’s Innovation Committee. Mark enjoys teaming and collaborating with clients and other consultants to deliver value.
